Welcome to Offlens. Offlens is a 100% on-device photo editor: your photos stay on your device, every edit runs locally, and the app works even in airplane mode. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the simple agreement between you and the developer when you use the Offlens app. By downloading, installing, or using Offlens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Offlens is a 100% on-device photo editor for Android. All image processing — including background removal, replacement and blur, basic edits, face retouch, and "magic retouch" — happens locally on your device.
Your photos are not uploaded, stored on any server, or transmitted by the app. Edited results are saved only to your own gallery, and only when you choose to save them. The editing features work fully offline, including in airplane mode.
Offlens is free to use, with a "lifetime 100% free" positioning. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. Instead, the app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob.
The app shows an occasional interstitial (full-screen) ad after you save, and optional rewarded ads. Free saves apply a small watermark and may be downscaled; you may watch an optional rewarded ad to unlock high-resolution, watermark-free export.
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers such as the Advertising ID under Google's own policies. For details, please review our Privacy Policy and Google's policies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads .
You are responsible for the photos you edit and for how you use the results. You must have the right to use any photo you open in the app.
You agree not to use Offlens for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the privacy or other rights of any person.
You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app, or attempt to disrupt the advertising that supports it.
Your photos are yours. You retain all rights to the photos you edit and the results you create. Because all processing is on-device and your photos never leave your device, the developer does not access, claim ownership of, or obtain any license to your photos or edited results.
The Offlens app itself — including its name, software, design, and branding — is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or any rights beyond the right to use it as intended under these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that editing results will meet your expectations. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important photos.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Because editing happens on your device and is started by you, you remain responsible for backing up and managing your own files. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the app.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
